Account Executive

 

Your mission:

As an Account Executive at PII Tools, your mission is to drive revenue growth by effectively closing inbound leads, nurturing relationships with prospects, and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from first contact to close, while embodying our company's commitment to honesty, quality, and ease of use.


We're looking for people who:

  • Have experience selling B2B software as part of a small company, with a track record of success in selling to mid-sized and large customers.

  • Are self-motivated, resourceful, and possess excellent communication skills, as this role is remote and requires proactive communication.

  • Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of the sales process from start to finish.

  • Are honest and transparent in their interactions, aligning with our company's values.

  • Are comfortable working in a startup environment with minimal formal processes, and thrive in a dynamic, agile setting.

 

Bonus points:

  • Experience selling technical products. 

  • Previous experience working in a startup environment, working directly for a founder.

 

Important notes:

 

  • This is a remote, independent contractor position reporting directly to the company's director and sole business owner.

  • Compensation includes a monthly retainer plus commission based on deals closed.

  • The successful candidate will be evaluated solely on their sales performance.

  • The role requires a high level of autonomy and self-direction, with a focus on driving revenue growth and reducing churn.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Respond to inbound leads, schedule and conduct online demos, and follow up with prospects until deal closure.

  • Collect and present feedback from prospects and clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.

  • Generate and close outbound leads, proactively seeking new business opportunities.

  • Reduce churn by maintaining regular communication with existing clients and partners.

  • Assist in identifying new revenue sources and expanding the company's market reach.

Salary Range: 

  • Salary range: $100,000 / $180,000 OTE per year.
